Big ups to the Riverfront Times for selecting me as St. Louis’s Best Local Poet for 2010. Now I’m on the “Best Of St. Louis” poetry plaque with such stunning rhapsodists as Mary Jo Bang, Richard Newman, Carl Phillips, and Qiu Xiaolong. In the company of such humbling writers, I feel as out of place as the plate with the extra cookie. All the same, it’s awesome. Thank you for your support, RFT!
